Gisèle Vienne

French Gisèle Vienne produces productions in a controversial, dark and interdisciplinary landscape. She examines the dark sides of humans and the consequences of crossing the borders between imagination and reality. Gisèle Vienne studied puppetry, and is a choreographer, director and actress. Among others she has collaborated with the puppeteer Jonathan Capdevielle, the American writer Dennis Cooper and the musician Stephen O´Malley, the latter is among other things known from the drone metal band Sunn O))).
